LAPTONE Limited warrants to the Original end user purchaser of Laptone products that the products are free from defects in design, material & workmanship.
Subject to Conditions & limitations below, Laptone will either repair or replace the defective product free of charge, at its option, which proves to be defective by reason of design, material or workmanship.
The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of defective product (or refund of current value of product if Laptone is unable to repair or replace). Laptone Limited is not liable for any data loss, 3rd party software issues, connected equipment problems or any costs involved in determining the source of system problems.
Warranty claim will be voided by Laptone Limited if the customer is unable to provide the defected product to Laptone Limited for inspection at the sole expense of the customer or if the product has been sold as second-hand.
The warranty does not cover any damage to the product that is the result from improper installation, abuse, alteration or modification in any way to product or system, misuse, repair, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, accident, natural disaster (flood, earthquake, war etc), theft, improper handling or packing.
